In addition to serving all Sunnydale families and individuals, The Hub will connect to and serve the broader Visitacion Valley neighborhood of 17,000+ residents.
This neighborhood space offers a rich array of programs, resources, and community amenities including a new Boys & Girls Clubhouse and a new Wu Yee Childcare Center. Additionally, The Hub brings a new recording studio, shared living room and community kitchen, reading nook, multi-purpose rooms for events and classes, as well as study and meeting spaces.
