The Hub is a vibrant new community center located in the Sunnydale neighborhood of San Francisco, operated by Mercy Housing California.

As the heart of this neighborhood, The Hub offers spaces and programs where all residents can come together to learn, play, grow, and make connections. In addition to serving all Sunnydale families and individuals, The Hub will connect to and serve the broader Visitacion Valley neighborhood of 17,000+ residents.

This neighborhood space offers a rich array of programs, resources, and community amenities including a new Boys & Girls Clubhouse and a new Wu Yee Childcare Center. Additionally, The Hub brings a new recording studio, shared living room and community kitchen, reading nook, multi-purpose rooms for events and classes, as well as study and meeting spaces.

A Collaborative Effort

The launch of The Hub has been made possible through the collaborative efforts of several dedicated organizations and community partners. Together, we successfully completed a 45-million-dollar capital campaign in 2022, reflecting our shared commitment to improving the quality of life in Sunnydale. This significant investment has supported the creation of The Hub and the revitalization of the neighborhood for the benefit of current and future residents.

Thank You

We extend our deepest thanks to everyone who contributed to this transformative project. We are incredibly grateful to the generous donors who made this project possible. Your support, vision, and generosity have made The Hub a reality. Thank you for helping us shape a brighter future for Sunnydale.
