The Hub is a community center, operated by Mercy Housing California, located in the heart of Sunnydale. It offers programs, services, and spaces for local residents to gather, learn, and grow.
You can get involved by volunteering, donating, or purchasing Hub swag. Check our “Get Involved” section for more information on how you can support our community.
Signing up for a Hub membership is easy! Visit our membership page where you can register through Rec Desk and get access to all the amenities and programs The Hub has to offer.
Each organization at The Hub has different hours:
Living Room, Community Spaces, and Mercy Housing Offices

At The Hub, we’re dedicated to sustainability, starting with our neighborhood spaces. As part of Mercy Housing’s sustainability pledge, we focus on reducing single-use plastics and promoting eco-friendly practices. In addition, The Hub is equipped with solar panels to help reduce our environmental footprint and contribute to renewable energy use.
We plan to offer space rentals for community events and meetings, but rentals will not begin until 2025. Please check back for updates on how to reserve a space at that time.
Applications for the Resident Advisory Board Committee are open each fall. The 2024-2025 applications are currently closed, but new applications will be available in August 2025. Keep an eye on our website for updates!
