Hub Zumba is a high-energy dance fitness class offered at The Hub, designed to make exercise fun and accessible for all skill levels. Led by a certified instructor, this class combines Latin-inspired music and easy -to-follow dance moves for a cardio workout that boosts energy, improves coordination, and burns calories.
